Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost/Grand Total'.
BODI LOVES.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be BODI LOVES.com or may in some cases be a third party.
Where a contract is made with a third party BODI LOVES.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
BODI LOVES.com retains the right to change or increase or decrease price or cost of any product or bundle on the website, without prior notice.
The cost of products and services fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such change.

Exchange / Return policy:
We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased, we will return those products subject to the following conditions:
- Contact our customer service via email hello@bodiloves.com within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Items must be returned within 7 days.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, otherwise unused with original tags, label attached or in its original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
If 7 days have gone by since you receive the purchase, unfortunately products will not be returned.
Personalised Items are NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE
Shipping: UAE: 20 aed delivery cost
Return / Exchange charges: Free exchange in Dubai. For Returns 20 aed and will be deducted from total sale price paid upon refund of item. Exchanges are free of charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please note BODI LOVES is NOT responsible for any taxes, duties or further charges. Please email customer service at hello@bodiloves.com should you require further assistance. Please note that BODI LOVES will not take any responsibility for any shipping, exchange or return charges.
